Pastor
Jacob Hanby
Pastor Hanby grew up in Tuscola County and, in 2018, returned to the area and to Providence after several years down South. He interned at Trinity Presbyterian Church (CREC) in Birmingham, AL, and graduated from the Fellows Program at Theopolis Institute. In November of 2019 he was ordained at Providence to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament, having previously served here as a deacon.
Jacob and his wife, Charity, have four sons. He enjoys reading, especially the works of Dostoevsky, Solzhenitsyn, Marilynne Robinson, and other great works of literature, being outdoors, good food and drink, and spending time with their family dog, Scout.

John Pollion
John is the President of General Housing Corporation. He and his wife, Alisa, have two grown children and two grandchildren, and are native to the Caro area.

Tom Plamondon
Tom works in the medical field, providing pain management and primary care. He and his wife, Kathy, have five sons.
Deacon
Matt Averill
Matt has been a deacon at Providence since May of 2022. He works locally as an electrician. Matt and his wife, Melissa, have four children.
